Our client, a famous international hotel group in the world is currently looking for project developer. 

Requirements: 
• Good oral and written communication skill in fluent Mandarin and English. 
• Strong negotiation, influencing/consensus building, analytical and presentation skills. 
• Knowledge of deal structuring, management contracts agreements, hotel and real estate markets. 
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, culturally sensitive. 
• Be able to deal with diversified types of deal include new building, conversation and renewal. 
• Require significant travel. Be able to manage and control the travel expense to moderate. 
• At least 3 years working experience in a projects development role with good track record 
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Economics, Real Estate, Finance, Hotel Management, or relevant field of work or an equivalent combination of education and word-related experience 
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office
