An international hotel group in Shanghai is looking for Senior Business Development Director

Responsibility:

• Pro-active search and analysis of new hotel opportunities to join the group by management contracts

• Negotiation with internal partners about each project and feasibility analysis

• Create a strong net working system to increasethe chances to grow with quality projects

• On-going analysis of the Asian market to detect the markets with the best potential for growth

Requirements:

• Experience related to Hospitality (Hotels operators, Developers or Consulting)

• Good abilities in Finance, Legal and Sales

• Familiar with management agreement and development process in Hotel industry
