Our client, an international brand luxury hotel in South China, is currently looking for DOSM. 

The Director of Sales & Marketing is responsible for the strategies and operation of the S&M department, of all segments of sales. The aim of the position is to ensure that the hotel is being positioned to enjoy at least the budgeted occupancy, ADR and RevPar and is exposed to the right markets by promoting and selling all the service of the hotel. 

Requirement 
Local candidates with luxury hotel experience 
Pre-opening experience preferred
