Our client, a leading hotel chain in the world is currently looking for Talent Head for their group.
The main focus of the job:
Talent acquisition – for Hotel GM level and hotel number 2s
Internal development of leaders and ensuring their mobility
SME to the Hotels to ensure they are delivering our Talent Management standards in terms of Talent reviews, use of Smart Recruiters, promotions etc.
Key qualifications and experience required.
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multi task and meet targets
Between 4-5 years experience of which 2-3 in driving and executing leadership development in a multicultural, international environment
University relations and employer branding experience preferable
Mobile and with previous international experience
Identifying appropriate sourcing channels
Broad knowledge of Graduate and management recruitment and development processes
Business Acumen, Analytical Skills, Consulting skills, Project management
Proficient use of erecruitment systems (SmartRecruiters)
Certification in psychometric assessments (Hogan)
IT literate, in particular excel and other analytical packages
