Our client, a luxury intergrated Resorts in Hainan is currently looking for VP Finance.
Job scope as below:
Work closely with the Management team on implementing company business strategy and
organizational transformation.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Manage capital expenditure, operating procedures and driving cost control in conjunction with the GM
Implementing the financial accounting systems, procedures, processes and financial application systems necessary to maintain proper records, ensure compliance and to afford adequate accounting controls.
Operate as a key member of the management team and contribute to the development of the resort.
Manage financial budgeting and forecasting accurately and effectively.
Prepare financial presentations and attend Board meetings with the GM
Establish effective working relationships with management and colleagues.
Direct and analyse studies of general economic, business, and financial conditions and their impact on the organisations financial position.
Ensure the preparation of quarterly financial reports including income statement and balance sheet, reports to shareholders and reports for Government and other regulatory agencies as required, are produced in an accurate and timely manner.
Confer with Executive Management and Operating Managers to coordinate and prioritise
planning and financial forecasting.
