Our client, a leading hotel group is currently looking for Director of Culture and Development.
This is a new headcount. We would like this role to build employer branding, create learning culture to attract and retain talents.
The candidate needs to have below experience:
• Worked in Corporate Office based for global, not only worked for single property
• Develop learning management system from start up
• Develop management development programme
• Develop global apprentice programme and internship programme
• E-learning platform
• Succession planning, cross exposure and for next generation
Prefer to have below experience but not a must:
• Revamp Career Portal
• Set up Intranet
• Use Global HR system (e.g. Oracle)
Person requirement:
• HK local/UK/AUS based
• Hospitality experience is not a must, can be from technology company or other industries
