Our client, a luxury international hotel in Melbourne is currently looking for an Executive Housekeeper.
Ideal candidates will have:
At least 3 year experience leading housekeeping role within a large, luxury, high occupancy hotel, with high expectations
Understanding about achieving KPIs, managing costs & payroll, and prioritising.
Understanding and experience of employee productivity through credit system efficiencies.
Recruitment, training and performance managing experience.
Opera PMS knowledge
Fluent English speaking
