Main Responsibility of this position:
Lead a team of skilled chefs in the day-to-day kitchen operations
prepare a variety of high-quality French food items
Responsible to plan and implement new seasonal menus as dictated by the market
We are looking for a candidate who has:
Good experience in Michelin Star/Black Pearl restaurant or high end hotel;
At least 10 years’ experience in renowned French Restaurants
Good communication skills;
