Main Responsibility of this position: taking care of the western kitchen.
We are looking for a candidate who has good experience as chef de cuisine already;
Solid experience in luxury hotels;
Good background in free-standing restaurants best with Michelin or Black Pearl experience;
Solid experience in China;
