Hiring Standard and Experience
• College education or equivalent, Hotel or Marketing or Business Administration degree
• Strategic and dynamic thinker with at least 10 years of operations experience in various hotel senior positions.
• Min. 5 years previous experience as a General Manager.
• Good track record successfully managing international hotels brands.
• Experience in the HK business environment.
S&M background preferred but it is not a must
