Our client, a leading luxury hotel is currently looking for a skilled native Chef de Cuisine specialized in Huaiyang Cuisine for their pre-opening restaurant in Macao.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 year experience in similar capacity and at least 2 years experience as Chef de Cuisine
Experience working with a culturally diverse workforce
Proven ability to develop/ improve business
Out-of-the-box Chef de Cuisine, should be able to create new concepts / implement new cuisines
Ability to lead, engage, and motivate team, detect talent and develop talent
Displays initiative and creativity
