Vice President - E-Commerce (HK)

Our client, a leading hotel group in the world is currently looking for VP- E-Commerce for their corp office in HK.

Job Highlights
• Digital Marketing & Project Management
• Oversee hotels E-Commerce performance
• Drive full funnel digital marketing campaigns

Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for department P&L
• Direct Channels
o Oversee the operation of direct channels platforms, e.g. Websites, Booking Engine, Online Gift Platform, Mobile APP, WeChat MP, Fliggy Flagship store etc. (including Content Management, SEO, Personalization, User Experience, Compliance: Accessibility, Privacy and emerging standards, Training)
o Collaborate with internal stakeholders including VP Rev. Man., VP Marketing, VP Loyalty, Operations and external partners to develop campaigns and promotion to strengthen member engagement and direct channels penetration
• Digital Marketing
o Drive full funnel digital marketing campaigns, including paid social, programmatic display, SEM, metasearch, OTAs
o Manage agencies, oversee day-to-day operations and optimize campaigns performance
o Explore new technologies and platform in digital marketing
• Digital Project
o Explore new projects that bring positive impact to direct revenue
o Manage digital project delivery, enhancement and BAU
• Hotel E-Commerce
o Define E-Commerce target with VP, Sales & Marketing and VP, Revenue Management
o Oversee hotels E-Commerce operations and performance
• Standard
o Oversee E-Commerce training
o Define corporate best practices and SOP’s
Requirement:
• at least 5 year working experience in E-Commerce or digital marketing
• Sound digital marketing experience, working with both China and Mainland platforms.
• Sound project management experience, experience in website development is mandatory and experience in AEM is an advantage.
• Sound user experience/journey, product management experience.
