Main Responsibility of this position: taking care of the Italian restaurant, lead a team of around 30.
We are looking for a candidate
who has good experience as head chef in Italian restaurant already;
Solid background from luxury hotel;
Both local and Italian candidates can be considered
Solid experience in China, and currently in China;
