Our client, a leading international hotel chain is currently looking for Hotel Manager for their Auckland flagship property.
This role will have a number of operational direct reports including rooms, spa, security, engineering, food & beverage and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive projects & excellence across the operational aspects of the hotel
Directing and overseeing, reception, room service and housekeeping activities
Overseeing the security and engineering teams including garden, pool, gym and property maintenance
Overseeing the F&B function including restaurants, events, Chandelier Lounge and our Hotel Club.
Drive our Guest Loyalty NPS scores via our Quality Manager, assessing, reviewing results and implementing programs to drive awareness and increased results.
Ideal Candidate will have:
International 5* hotel experience at either a Rooms Division / Director of Rooms or Hotel Manager or EAM role
Ideally a qualification in hospitality / hotel management
Previous experience in a large hotel - at least 400 rooms with large F&B facilities
Project Management experience
