Our client, a pre-opening Hotel in Hong Kong is looking for a DOS.
Main Responsibility of this position:
Responsible for the whole sales department of the property.
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Advanced degree or certification in Sales Management is a plus
Proven experience in sales leadership roles within the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel or resort environment
Strong knowledge of sales techniques, negotiation strategies, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers
Strategic thinker with the ability to develop innovative sales strategies and adapt to changing market dynamics
Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
Leadership abilities with a focus on coaching, mentoring, and developing a high-performing sales team
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
