Responsibility:

  • Support the Chef De Cuisine in overseeing the culinary operations of the hotel's Italian restaurant.

Requirements:

  • Background in top luxury hotels or Michelin-starred restaurants

  • Experience in fine dining

  • Preference for candidates with multi-country market experience;
