**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Sourcing & Tendering:**
- Oversee the end-to-end RFX process.
- Prepare and manage tender/RFQ documentation.
- Lead tender briefings and negotiate favorable terms with suppliers.
2. **Procurement Operations:**
- Ensure smooth contract execution (PO issuance, delivery, rejects handling).
- Manage requisitions and approvals in line with business needs.
- Mentor junior staff in procurement processes.
3. **Sub-category Planning:**
- Develop sub-category plans through market and cost analysis.
- Support category strategy development.
- Conduct supplier research and market intelligence studies.
4. **Supplier Management:**
- Monitor supplier performance and collect feedback.
- Build and enhance supplier relationships.
- Identify and mitigate supplier risks.
5. **Strategic Procurement Implementation:**
- Contribute to the transformation of procurement functions.
- Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement.
- Maintain and update procurement policies and procedures.
**Requirements:**
- **Education & Training:** High school education or above.
- **Experience:**
- Over 10 years of experience as a Procurement Manager in reputable five-star hotels.
- **Skills:**
- Fluent in English and Chinese.
- Strong negotiation, leadership, and relationship management abilities.
