Our client, a leading luxury international hotel in South Korea, is seeking an experienced Hotel Manager.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee all operational departments within the hotel, direct reports will be DOF&B, DOR, DOE, DOSecurity, Fitness & Spa Manager.


Requirements


  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Hotel Manager role
  • Background in luxury hotels
  • Strong expertise in Rooms Division
  • Experience in CAPEX planning and/or hotel openings
  • Familiarity with working under Asian ownership
  • Ability to communicate with Ownership group in Korean
  • Understanding of Korean business culture and experience in working with Korean colleagues
  • Stable career history (no frequent job changes);
  • Korean speaking ability is preferred, not required
