Our Client, a luxury hotel in Tokyo, is seeking an accomplished Chef De Cuisine to lead its signature Cantonese restaurant.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, train, and manage the kitchen team to ensure consistent execution and high standards.
2. Collaborate on menu development and maintain accurate cost control and inventory management.
Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Requirements
1. Proven experience as a Chef De Cuisine or Sous Chef in Cantonese cuisine, preferably within a luxury hotel or fine-dining environment.
2. Deep knowledge of authentic Cantonese techniques and ingredients.
3. Fluent English is essential; Japanese language skills are a plus.
4. Open to candidates of any nationality with valid working rights in Japan.
