We are seeking an experienced Guest Relations/Experience Manager (or Director) for a luxury hotel in Shanghai. This role will primarily be responsible for managing relationships with international guests and VIPs, maintaining international online platforms, and enhancing the overall guest experience.
Candidate Must Have:
1. Excellent French/Italian language skills.
2. Previous work experience in hotels within Greater China (including Hong Kong, Macau, or Taiwan).
3. Background in Front Office operations.
4. Currently holding a supervisory, assistant manager, or manager-level role in guest relations/experience or a related field.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide personalized service and manage relations for international guests and VIPs.
2. Maintain and optimize international online platforms to enhance guest engagement and brand reputation.
3. Collaborate closely with the Front Office and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
4. Handle guest feedback, resolve issues, and implement improvements to service quality.
