A distinguished luxury hotel in Guangzhou is seeking an accomplished and passionate Director of Food & Beverage to oversee and elevate the hotel’s entire dining portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide strategic and operational leadership across all restaurants, bars, and in-room dining operations.
2. Drive excellence in guest experience, service standards, and product quality throughout the F&B division.
3. Curate refined dining concepts with strong luxury positioning, from cuisine design to beverage programming.
4. Oversee financial performance including budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization
Lead, mentor, and inspire the F&B team to foster a culture of passion, creativity, and high performance.
Requirements
1. Proven leadership experience within a luxury hotel environment in a senior F&B role
Strong understanding of luxury dining standards, with sophisticated taste and knowledge spanning both cuisine and beverage.
2. Demonstrated passion for hospitality and commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
3. Fluent in Mandarin and English; knowledge of Cantonese is highly preferred.
4. Strong commercial acumen, organizational capability, and team leadership skills.
