Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as Chef de Cuisine, preferably within luxury hotels or high-end restaurants.
2. Strong background in grilled cuisine; expertise in grill techniques and premium ingredients is highly preferred.
3. Asia working experience is strongly preferred, with good understanding of regional dining preferences.
4. Demonstrated leadership capability, with the ability to manage and inspire kitchen teams effectively.
5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
