Director of Operations (Sanya) 运营总监（三亚）

Our client is a prestigious luxury resort located in Sanya, offering world-class hospitality and exceptional guest experiences. They are now seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Operations to join the leadership team.

Job Description
1. Oversee the overall operations of the resort, with direct responsibility for Rooms, Spa, and Security departments, ensuring seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
2. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with government authorities, ensuring full compliance with local regulations and fostering positive community engagement.
3. Act as the key liaison with the owner, providing regular operational updates, financial reports, and strategic recommendations to align with owner expectations.
4. Lead, mentor, and develop department heads, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
5. Collaborate with the General Manager and other senior leaders to drive revenue, control costs, and enhance the overall performance of the resort.

Qualifications
1. Proven experience as senior leadership role within a luxury hotel or resort environment.
2. Strong background in Rooms operations, with a deep understanding of front office, housekeeping, and guest services standards.
3. Solid experience working in luxury hospitality, with a track record of delivering exceptional results in a competitive market.
4. Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships, including government and owner relations, with confidence and professionalism.
