Finance Head (Guangdong)

A large-scale theme park and integrated resort development project in Guangdong is seeking a seasoned Finance Head (Business Support Director) to oversee comprehensive functional management and ensure operational excellence across key support divisions.

Work Experience

• Total: 10+ years of comprehensive management experience.

• Specialized: Minimum of 5 years in integrated multi-functional management, specifically overseeing Finance alongside at least one other area such as IT, Supply Chain, or Procurement.

• Industry Preference: Candidates with experience in large-scale cultural tourism, theme parks, chain entertainment, or high-end service industries are highly preferred.

Core Competencies & Attributes

• System Building: Proven experience in building finance, procurement, or IT systems from the ground up (0-to-1), with a strong command of systematic control processes.

• Management Skills: Strong team management and cross-departmental communication and collaboration skills.

• Business Acumen:

• Deep understanding of the cyclical and seasonal operational characteristics of theme parks.

• Ability to develop financial and resource contingency plans for peak seasons and holidays.

• Experience in financial management that prioritizes supporting front-line operations and driving business growth.

• Capable of understanding operational logic and translating it into effective financial strategies.

Education

• Bachelor's degree or above from a top-tier university.

• Major in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Information Technology.

Professional Certifications (Must hold at least one):

• CPA (Certified Public Accountant)

• ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants)

• CMA (Certified Management Accountant)

• PMP (Project Management Professional)
