Job Requirements:
Proven experience in luxury resort operations management, with a deep understanding of high-end hospitality service standards and operational frameworks;
Overall responsibility for the daily operations of the resort, ensuring guest experience, service quality, and operational efficiency meet international standards;
Strong leadership in team management and cross-department coordination, with the ability to effectively integrate Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, and Recreation functions;
Experience managing mixed-use or integrated projects, with the ability to collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to ensure smooth and efficient overall operations;
Excellent leadership and crisis management skills, with the ability to drive continuous team performance in a high-intensity operating environment.
