Key Responsibilities
1. Oversee daily bar operations, team management, and service quality control
2. Lead menu development and innovation to create competitive beverage offerings
3. Manage the bar’s brand image and guest experience, enhancing its industry influence
4. Align with the hotel’s positioning to plan and execute promotional activities
Requirements
1. Experience in globally recognized top bars; award-winning background preferred
2. Strong creativity with the ability to independently design and innovate drink menus
3. Fluent in English with strong international communication skills
4. Outgoing personality with excellent social and interpersonal skills
5. Deep knowledge of and passion for beverages (cocktails, spirits, etc.)
