Our client, a leading lifestyle hotel group in the world is currently looking for GM.
Responsibilities
• Lead and manage the hospitality team to achieve budgeted financial results, including revenue, profit, and cost management.
• Develop and execute strategic business plans, ensuring alignment with hotel group mission and vision.
• Ensure exceptional guest service by setting high standards and providing leadership to the team.
• Drive sales and marketing efforts, and manage and develop a high-performing team, including recruitment, training, performance management, and staff retention.
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to all legal and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee the maintenance and enhancement of property facilities and services to ensure a high-quality guest experience.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and the local community.
• Represent the company in various industry events and forums.
Qualifications
Requirements
• Bachelor's and above degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior management role within the hospitality, candidate with international exposure and boutique & luxury brand experience is highly preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving financial targets and improving operational efficiency.
• Open-minded, result-driven, and always embracing changes.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of industry trends and best practices, also a strong belief in Wellness sector.
• Proficiency both English and mandarin, as well as good skills in MicroSoft office applications.
