Our client, a prestigious luxury retail brand, is currently seeking a Head Bartender for their high-end F&B project in Shanghai.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve crafted cocktails, with a focus on Italian mixology
Assist the Bar Manager in menu development and updates
Support bar operations and team management
Take full charge of the bar in the Bar Manager’s absence

Requirements:
Proven experience as a bartender in a premium, high-end bar setting
Strong knowledge of Italian cocktails and mixology
Ability to manage bar operations and assist with team leadership
Excellent English communication skills
A solid foundation in bartending craft (mixology background required)
