Responsibilities
1. Commercial Dashboards & Performance Reporting
2. Strategic Analytics & Business Decision Support
3. Leadership of the BI Team & Single Source of Truth
4. Strategic Planning & Executive Reviews
5. Data Governance & Platform Optimization
6. Project Underwriting & Investment Decision Support
Main Complexity / Critical Issues
1. Commercial stakeholder management
2. Data fragmentation
3. Strategic vs. tactical balance
4. Localization vs. global alignment
Knowledge and Experience
1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Computer
Science, or a related field.
2. 8+ years in business intelligence, commercial analytics, or data analytics, with at
least 3 years in a leadership role.
3. Proven experience building commercial dashboards and hotel performance reports in
hospitality, retail, e-commerce, or OTA industries.
