Hiring | Private Lifestyle Manager (Shanghai)

Our client, a well-known publicly listed company, is currently seeking a Private Lifestyle Manager based primarily in Shanghai.

The role will be responsible for supporting the employer’s personal lifestyle and private affairs, with a strong focus on planning and executing high-quality experiences across travel, culture, sports, social activities, and lifestyle. The successful candidate will proactively anticipate needs and continuously enhance the employer’s overall quality of life and personal experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research, itinerary planning, reservations, and end-to-end execution for domestic and international travel.

• Coordinate and arrange restaurants, hotels, exhibitions, performances, films, music, and other cultural and lifestyle experiences.

• Research, organize, and execute sports and interest-based experiences, including skiing, surfing, photography, tennis, and other activities.

• Plan and organize private gatherings, family activities, and small-scale social events.

• Handle day-to-day private affairs and respond promptly and effectively to ad hoc requests and assignments from the employer.

• Accompany the employer on selected activities and business or leisure trips when required.

• Develop a deep and long-term understanding of the employer’s interests, preferences, and lifestyle habits, proactively identifying and recommending high-quality and worthwhile experiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above, with good English communication skills.

• Exceptional execution, judgment, and sense of responsibility, combined with strong aesthetic awareness, refined lifestyle taste, emotional stability, appropriate conduct, and a clear understanding of personal boundaries and discretion.

• Genuine passion for travel, lifestyle, and experiential activities, with strong familiarity with Shanghai’s lifestyle resources and extensive domestic and international travel experience.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm, approachable, and service-oriented personality.

• Candidates from diverse industry backgrounds are welcome, provided they demonstrate strong initiative and the ability to independently identify and resolve problems.

• Flexible and adaptable regarding working hours, with the ability to accommodate changing schedules and arrangements.
