Requirements:
• Minimum of 6 years’ culinary experience as Chef de Cuisine in a Micheline or Black Pearl Chinese restaurant
• Excellent product knowledge of Traditional Cantonese cuisine
• Excellent leadership, management, and supervisory abilities
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
