Required Skills
Experience in commercial contract review and drafting in both Chinese and English languages is a MUST;
Experience in supporting digital projects is a MUST;
Capability to provide practical and efficient solution to business leaders;
Strong intention of new knowledge learning;
Ability to lead the project through cross-functions collaboration and corporation with global team;
Good stakeholder management skills with experience of working with management and decision makers; good team player;
Able to handle most matters independently with minimal supervision;
Fluent with English and Chinese.
Experience
Qualified and admitted lawyer in PRC with at least 6 years post-qualification experience, PRC law firm and in-house combined would be preferred;
Experience in knowledge/understanding of technology is a plus;
Case experience to support whole life-circle of digital marketing and initiative is a plus；
Experience for leading the project with cross-functions collaboration will also be a plus.
