Requirement:
3+ years of experience as a Bar Manager in upscale bars with experience in creating a beverage program, especially cocktails, to build on the existing success of Jin Bo Law in London
Solid knowledge and experience on mixology and beverage service, as well as industry trends
Strong knowledge of mixology and beverage service, as well as industry trends
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Knowledge of inventory management and cost control practices
Flexible schedule to work evenings, weekends and holidays
Set and enforce quality and safety controls
