Our client, an international chain is currently looking for F&B Director for their pre-opening hotel in Hong kong.
Requirement:
At least 10 years of relevant work experience in F&B, and minimum of 3 years in leadership experience
Proven ability to create and execute successful customer experience strategies • Sound knowledge of HACCP compliance, and financial statement and experience in budgeting
Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience in banquet required
Knowledge on digital marketing and social media platforms is a plus
Strong communication skills with the ability to present ideas effectively • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
Demonstrate the highest level of hospitality and professionalism
Excellent command of English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
