Our client, a leading international hotel chain is currently looking for head of development - China.
This role will report to Singapore office.
Requirements:
Experience in limited service hotel, able to build up a team
Strong negotiation, influencing/consensus building, analytical and presentation skills.
Knowledge of deal structuring, management contracts agreements, hotel real estate markets.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, culturally sensitive.
Be able to deal with diversified types of deal include new building, conversation and renewal.
Require significant travel. Be able to manage and control the travel expense to moderate.
3 years working experience in a hotel development role with good track record
Bachelor’s degree or above in Economics, Real Estate, Finance, Hotel Management, or relevant field of work or an equivalent combination of education and word-related experience
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office
