This is a senior, multi-site leadership role overseeing all aspects of commercial and operational performance, with a strong focus on people, culture, and sales.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and grow a multi-location operation with over 300 team members
- Oversee key functions: Sales, Operations, Marketing, Finance, HR, IT
- Drive revenue, service excellence, and operational efficiency
- Build and develop high-performing teams across functions
- Collaborate closely with global leadership on business planning and execution
- 10+ years’ leadership experience in lifestyle, fitness, retail, or hospitality sectors
- Strong track record in multi-site operations and team development
- China market experience preferred; must be Mandarin-speaking
- Strategic, hands-on, and people-driven leader
- Passion for wellness and service excellence
