What You’ll Do:- Deliver high-end hotel design and project management from concept to completion.
- Collaborate with Owners, Brand, and Regional teams to ensure quality, budget, and schedule compliance.
- Mentor junior team members and foster a high-performing, collaborative environment.
- 10+ years in hotel design & project management, 6+ years in luxury hospitality.
- Strong Architecture / Design background with operator-side experience
- Excellent English communication and leadership skills.
