We are seeking a hands-on Senior Marketing Manager for a leading luxury Shopping Mall in Shanghai. This role will oversee all marketing functions, including PR, CRM, and events.

The role requires a candidate who can:
  • Drive strategy and creativity to position the Mall strongly against competitor malls and lifestyle destinations
  • Lead and inspire a team of 10, including PR, CRM, and Event specialists
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and brand partners to deliver high-impact campaigns and events
  • Take ownership of marketing initiatives end-to-end and hit commercial objectives

Requirements

  • Proven experience in luxury hotel or branded lifestyle marketing
  • Strong track record in large-scale events and campaigns
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Strategic thinker with creative mindset

Ideal Candidate

  • Experienced in both hotel and brand-side marketing
  • Able to balance creative vision with commercial results
  • Confident in stakeholder management, including senior executives
  • Experienced in multi-channel marketing campaigns (print, digital, media)
