A luxury hotel project in Macau is urgently hiring for the following roles:
Barista Assistant Manager
Minimum 3 years of hands-on barista experience in a specialty, high-volume café
Strong skills in espresso extraction, grinder calibration, workflow optimization, and troubleshooting
Solid technical knowledge of commercial espresso machines (pressure, temperature, multi-boiler systems, routine checks)
Good understanding of specialty coffee (origins, processing, roast profiles) and ability to train staff
Experience in high-volume café operations, including equipment maintenance, inventory, POS, hygiene, and quality control
Sommelier (Multiple Openings)
Minimum 5 years of experience as a sommelier in upscale or fine dining restaurants
Strong knowledge of global wine regions, varietals, vintages, and trends
Excellent wine service skills, including decanting, large-format service, blind tasting, and cellar management
Experience in wine program management, cost control, inventory, and food & wine pairing
Strong leadership and training ability
Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
Japanese Restaurant Manager
Japanese background preferred
Experience in Michelin-starred or high-end luxury restaurants
Strong restaurant operations and service management skills
