Our client, a prestigious luxury retail brand, is currently seeking a Assistant Bar Manager for their high-end F&B project in Shanghai.
Support the Bar Manager in elevating the Bar service excellence, beverage program mastery, and operational flow, with a focus on cocktail preparation and bar standards, while supporting bar/beverage management across project revenue centers.
Responsibilities:Operational Excellence
Maintain cocktail quality, bar standards, and efficient preparation processes.
Optimize inventory levels, ordering, and storage.
Support Bar Manager in advanced mixology and product training.
Ensure smooth coordination between bar, kitchen, and floor teams.
Floor Management
Support daily floor operations, guest flow, service briefings, and complaint resolution.
Assist in planning and executing bar operations for events.
