1. Manage the overall team, including service staff, kitchen team, and other functional roles.
2. Strong background in high-end dining industry.
3. Service-oriented with strong attention to detail.
4. Excellent team management skills.
5. Strong communication skills with fluent English.
6. Experience in restaurant pre-opening is preferred.
