The ideal candidate will:
1. Take full responsibility for the overall operations and daily management of the hotel;
2. Demonstrate excellent communication, coordination, and strategic planning skills;
3. Have prior general management experience with Atour or similar mid‑to‑upscale hotel brands (preferred);
4. Be a young and high‑potential professional, eager to grow with the group.
