Key Responsibilities
1. Provide overall strategic and operational leadership for the resort, driving service excellence, guest satisfaction, brand positioning, and business performance.
2. Lead both pre-opening and post-opening operations, ensuring operational readiness and high-quality execution.
3. Develop and execute commercial strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
4. Build a strong service culture and positive working environment while developing and motivating the leadership team.
5. Oversee budgets, forecasting, revenue strategies, and overall financial performance.
6. Maintain strong relationships with owners, corporate teams, and key stakeholders.
7. Ensure compliance with local hotel laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field. A postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
2. 15+ years of management experience with international luxury hospitality brands.
3. Minimum 5 years’ experience as a General Manager in a luxury branded resort.
4. Strong expertise in luxury resort operations, with solid commercial and financial acumen.
5. Proven track record in driving business growth, profitability, and service excellence.
6. Strong knowledge of the Vietnam hospitality market; Maldives experience is preferred.
7. Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
8. Highly organised, commercially driven, innovative, and hands-on.
9. Excellent written and spoken English; Vietnamese language skills are preferred.
10. Clean certificate of character is required.
