Our client, a leading international luxury lifestyle group, is seeking an F&B Operations Manager to oversee multiple premium F&B projects in China.
This is a key coordination role responsible for connecting senior management, headquarters, operating partners, project teams, and other stakeholders. The ideal candidate should be a highly proactive and polished operator with excellent English communication skills and strong stakeholder management capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Oversee the overall operations of multiple premium F&B projects.
2. Serve as the central point of contact between headquarters, operating partners, project teams, and key stakeholders.
3. Drive clear and efficient communication across multiple parties and ensure alignment on business priorities.
4. Work closely with project General Managers and Store Managers to support operational performance.
5. Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and resolve operational issues in a timely and practical manner.
6. Identify gaps, take ownership, and develop solutions in situations where processes or standard answers may not yet exist.
7. Support senior management in managing complex projects and multiple stakeholder relationships.
8. Report directly to senior group management.
Requirements
1. Solid experience in luxury F&B, premium restaurant groups, luxury hospitality, or luxury lifestyle businesses.
2. Excellent English communication skills are essential — candidates must be confident communicating in English with senior management, international stakeholders, and external partners.
3. Strong ability to conduct business discussions, presentations, negotiations, and stakeholder management in English.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage different personalities and align multiple stakeholders.
5. Strong executive presence; highly presentable, articulate, and professional.
6. Proactive and highly self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership.
7. Entrepreneurial mindset with strong business acumen and problem-solving ability.
8. Comfortable working in an environment with high complexity, multiple stakeholders, and limited predefined processes.
9. Hands-on, energetic, and resilient; not suited to a passive or highly structured working style.
10. Experience managing multiple F&B projects or teams simultaneously is highly preferred.
